Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria

The CM Laptop Scheme 2025 targets meritorious students from public sector institutions across Punjab. To qualify, students must:

4️⃣ Top Matric & Intermediate Performers

Top 100 students from each Provincial, Technical, and Federal Board Matriculation Exam.
Top 400 students from Matric and Intermediate across other provinces, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

5️⃣ Postgraduate Students (MS, M.Phil., PhD)

New scholars at public sector universities in Punjab.
Must have scored at least 60% in the last annual exam or 70% in the last semester exam.
Should not have received a laptop under last year’s scheme.

6️⃣ Federal Universities (Islamabad)

Top 10 students in each department of public sector federal universities and their regional campuses in Punjab.

7️⃣ Students from Deeni Madaris

4,000 laptops will be given to Madaris students via the Auqaf Department, based on merit.

Registration Process

For CM Laptop Scheme 2025, the registration method has changed. Now, educational institutions directly submit the list of eligible students to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Punjab for validation.
