How to Register for Asaan Karobar Card Scheme 2025

The Punjab government has introduced the Asaan Karobar Card Scheme 2025 to support small entrepreneurs by providing interest-free loans of up to PKR 1 million. This initiative aims to foster business growth and sustainability across the province.

The Asaan Karobar Card Scheme:

  • Loan Limit: Up to PKR 1 million
  • Loan Tenure: 3 years
  • Grace Period: 3 months from card issuance
  • Repayment: 24 equal monthly installments after the grace period
  • Usage: Payments to vendors and suppliers, utility bills, government fees and taxes, and cash withdrawals (up to 25% of the limit) for miscellaneous business purposes
  • Interest Rate: 0%

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the Asaan Karobar Card, applicants must:

  • Be between 21 and 57 years old
  • Hold a valid CNIC and a mobile number registered in their name
  • Own or plan to start a business located in Punjab
  • Have a satisfactory credit and psychometric assessment
  • Maintain a clean credit history with no overdue loans

Application Process:

  1. Online Submission: Applications are submitted digitally via the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) portal.
  2. Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of PKR 500 is required.
  3. Verification: Authorized agencies will conduct digital verification of the applicant’s CNIC, creditworthiness, and business premises.

How to Apply:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Access the PITB portal at akc.punjab.gov.pk.
  2. Create an Account: Register using your CNIC-linked mobile number.
  3. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the form with accurate personal and business information.
  4. Upload Required Documents: Ensure you have scanned copies or clear images of your CNIC, a passport-sized photo, and any other necessary documents.
  5. Pay the Processing Fee: Submit the non-refundable fee of PKR 500 through the provided payment methods.
  6. Submit the Application: After completing all steps, submit your application for review.
